disappointed

i was looking forward to this book to help me with my anxiety, but it was awful the person reading the sounds like a robot it was surpose to relax but it so didnt do that, would not recommend

These are Amongst the Best Meditations Ever

Meditation for Anxiety is a gem of an audiobook for meditations. It has three sets of three guided meditations for anxiety and stress relief and they are definitely relaxing. After listening to them all over several days I have noticed a difference. This is something that we all can use in our lives. And they work. My two favorites are the smile meditation by the stream and the body scan with all three backgrounds.

Rachelle Stone is an excellent meditation guide. I could listen to her all day. She has a calm and relaxing voice.

Multiple meditations

This audio book has multiple meditations to use and choose from. The narrator did a great job. Her voice was very soothing to me. The background music was also enjoyable and soothing. I received this for free for an honest review.

Amazing Audiobook

Very Helpful Book
