Surely a good book

The way the author conveys the real reason why people should practice yoga. She explains in deep the benefits of practicing yoga.

Lovely book

I don't think this book is limited to students of yoga, but it is an extremely useful tool for them. It's great to have this every day, and especially for those days when I don't get on my mat. I highly recommend it.
