This is one of the best books ever

This book gives a great crash course in meditation with an emphasis on various practices. Less discussion about the glories of Meditation and more practical advice and practice. Study is good, but this gets you going with a weekly plan without forgetting any of the traditional ideology.

Great book!!

This book is a very clear and concise book about meditation. You would be able to begin meditating after listening. It dispels myth that it is hard or complicated. Also gives a comprehensive list of the benefits of meditation.

Starters guide

This book is a great starters guide for those interested in meditation either because they are curious about it or because they are interested in meditating themselves. I personally listen this book because I'm learning about Buddhism and everything that falls under its umbrella. Will definitely recommend this book.

Time to start

I have been looking for a good tutorial on meditation. This explains the benefits and helped me understand the proper techniques of getting to the relaxed state. I truly believe this is a very helpful book. Thank you and I am anxious to begin.

I loved the book

This book contains excellent information about all aspects of meditation. I especially appreciated the "how to" suggestions combined with the "why it's important" explanation. I will be rereading it several times.
