Only 5 stars are adequate! A must read/listen!!!
Steve Hagen is the BEST author I have ever heard of!!! I simply don't understand how could someone rate ANY of his books less than 5 stars!!! He is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT and I am going to collect ALL of his books!!! Another one of his books helped me through 4 years ago and I am forever grateful for Steve Hagen. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a shot, it's a really reasonable price for changing your life for better:-)!!!

Best book on meditation. Print & Audiobook = great.
This is the best book on meditation. Ive read many and practiced for a long time. I read this years ago and when i saw on audible i listened. It actually works better as an audiobook. 5 stars in every way. Do yourself and our planet a favor, listen/read and practice.

Outdated?
Some parts are outdated and out of sync with "modern" techniques and views on meditation. Ref: "Get some headspace" by Andy Puddicombe.
As e beginner (8 months of daily meditation) this book complicates meditation for a beginner.
I did not find i useful compared to other "teachers".
