I recommend it !

I really enjoyed this audiobook for its simplicity, and it’s breaking down of meditation, making it accessible and easy to understand. I thought this book was a good introduction to mindfulness and all its benefits. It contains a lot of useful information: it’s concise and informative. What I like about this book is that it’s for beginners and gives great advice, and exercises easy to apply. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone that is looking for abundance.

Blissful

Inner peace at your fingertips - this listen is simply beautiful! With a soothing and calm voice, the narrator takes us on a calming journey of finding a path to inner exploration. The book provides very useful tips and advice to successfully build a personalised meditation practice. This was highly helpful to me as meditation seems so simple yet can be so challenging. SO AMAZING!

"Meditation Basics: A Beginner's Guide to Enhanced Mindfulness and Personal Transformation" is simply put, meditative. Darndens book came to me as i fought through the daily commute and traffic struggle. I never thought it was possible to meditate as I sat in traffic on the highway, but in fact...it is possible! A great guide for beginners who need to insert themselves in a place where they can be mindful.

Nice and concise meditation how-to!

"Meditation Basics" is a nice, concise educational book on the practice of meditation. I learned meditation years ago but needed a refresher course. This book did the trick! I appreciate the author's own story, along with giving tools and other meditation teachers to look at. There is a large section teaching how to incorporate meditation in your daily life. This is exactly what I need. I know how to meditate but can't seem to get myself to do it regularly. This book definitely taught me some new things! Also, I love the narrator's voice. It's perfect for this subject.

Start little by little...

I have been wanting to start meditating for a long time. I usually start and do it for a few days and then when I get busy I forget all about it. Then, when I read or listen to somebody mentioning meditation, I remember that I need to meditate, and I start the cycle again: doing it for a few days and then forgetting about it. Well, after listening to this audiobook I suddenly realized that I hadn’t had the time to start meditating little by little (as this audiobook recommends). The author mentions that even 5 minutes a day is a good start and that eventually, I will be able to meditate for longer periods. Now, I get that meditating is like exercising, it takes a while to get where I want to be. This audiobook explains all the necessary information to start building up the practice of meditating for the long term. I highly recommend this audiobook.

I Am A Believer!

I meditated for 10 years straight, everyday, never missed. Then something happened in my life and I have not been back since, and I was wondering if I was to learn something new maybe I might get back into it again.
