Great book

Loved it. I stopped meditate for quite some time and I've been wanting to find the time to fit it in my schedule. Because of this book, I've began meditation again. To not overwhelm myself, I started at 5 mints per day, then 10, then 20. Haven't worked myself up to 20 minutes TWICE per day as recommended by Chase , but it is coming. Meditation helps calm the "wild beast" that resides in you. I was able to make concrete, logical decision that were up in the air for quite some time. Thank you for this book!

Interesting concept!

I am trying harder to see the good in others before being negative. I do enjoy myself more by taking time to talk to people and I am finding there are good souls all around me.

Helpful guide!

Thank you for writing this inspirational book. It shows compassion for people you don't even know. I enjoyed listening it and could feel your compassion in helping people appreciate what they have, and not focus on what they don't have or only what they want.

Simplistic Yet Profound

Chase Andrews has a way of putting the most complex ideas into digestible terms. Although I am already well versed in the power and practice of meditation I found this book to be both informative and amusing. I think it will help anyone seeking to learn more about meditation begin to comprehend and apply the basic concepts. 'Meditate Your Way to Success' is a fun, candid, informative and relatively easy listen.

Simply the best

I enjoyed listening this book it is very straight forward and easy to understand. If you read anything pertaining to manifesting what you desire. I urge you to listen this book. To the author I would like to say thank you for imparting your experiences and wisdom with us.

Great tools to reach success

Amazing! I am applying everything this book has taught me to my daily life.. i was so down at one point but this book helped me lift myself back up, i am looking at myself and the world so different. Letting the negative go and taking in the positive! Happiness comes from the inside

Meditation made simple

This book was awesome. I was looking for a book that would explain meditation in plain English and this book hit the nail on the head. Most other books you listen on meditation are hard to relate to but Chase Andrews makes it east to relate to as an everyday American idiot. Haha.

Great funny yet real

Many truths in this book especially funny truths where you can identify yourself in the chapter and laugh. I appreciated the practical approach and constant encouragement and effort to demystify meditation making it more accessible to new folks. I definitely recommend for everyone.

Great book

Great Book

If all you want this book with step by step information on exactly how to meditate, this probably is not the book for you. But if you are interested in the benefits of meditation this book is a easy listen that is informative, understandable and interesting. It truly does make meditation easy!

Love Chase Andrews. Easy To Understand.

This book really changed my approach to a lot of things in life, it taught me how to approach the most menial tasks in life and the most significant with determination and focus. It also teaches you a lot about self-motivation by identifying areas in life that you may not be giving proper attention to, or giving too much attention to. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to become a more focused and balanced person, because you will find success through the path of Mindfulness that Chase Andrews outlines if you actively apply his lessons to your own life.

Life Changing

I don't believe there is any other book on the market, which covers this topic. Mr. Chase Andrews speaks on the concept of Meditate Your Way to Success. How to take a subject, any subject, and how to go from level 0, to complete Meditate. Like all Great books, it is short, simple and straight forward. This is one of those books, that should be bought, and placed on your upper shelf for continuous review. It should be pointed out, this is NOT a self-help book. It's about Meditate: What is, and what's required to get there.

Practice Practice Practice

Excellent short book exploring the concept of "Meditate Your Way to Success". Although our media driven culture focuses on "have it your way...right now", the reality is that in order to Meditate anything you must be willing to practice. We learn by doing. When we see a highly skilled person performing a task we may wonder how they became so fluid and efficient. The answer is...through practice. There are no shortcuts. The secret is to love the practice for its own sake, not the end goal.

This book is just the answer

This book is just the answer for anyone with a head full of 'junk'. The author offers several different ways of eliminating ourselves of unnecessary static in the brain. A very helpful book and a must listen for teenagers, - well - basically all ages.

Love it

Life changer

Some of the most profound insite written so simple a child could understand it. I work with Feds and meet people from around the world daily and I've been recomending this book to EVERYBODY I meet. This book is highly recommended

I really enjoyed this book. The author effectively sets forth the many benefits of mediation. He suggests a simple, meditation technique that can be utilized by anyone. This book is highly recommended to anyone who has been considering meditation. It provides compelling reasons to do so. It may cost up to a thousand dollars, but this is money well-spent. I have practiced for 20 minutes twice daily for years and it is invaluable; one of the most important things I do in my life.

Great listen

I must say, I really enjoyed this book. Chase Andrews set a straight-forward, step by step guide to meditation and mindfulness for the beginner. He starts off covering what meditation is, the myths about meditation, why people don't meditate, the mental benefits of meditation, the physical benefits of meditation, what science says about mediation and ends with step by step how-to meditate. I found this book to be informative, practical and entertaining. Chase Andrews did an excellent job weaving stories and illustrations throughout the book from his personal life as well as insight from other famous authors, teachers and entertainers that attribute their success to meditation. This is an excellent guide for anyone looking to begin meditation or simply improve the quality of their life.

highly Informative!

This book ultimately does not provide any information that is secretive or shocking, but what it does provide are insightful ways to appreciate the little time we have on this earth, and reminds us that any life goal we set for ourselves requires real work to accomplish. Andrews also reminds us that there is no quick fix if you want to be truly great at something. I really found it interesting how this book made me take a step back. Fortunately, it is not a long listen (as I, like most of us, am quite busy), yet it is one that everyone can benefit from if you're willing to apply the information to your life. It's a fascinating perspective that will give you a great deal of "food for thought." I highly recommend it.
