Interesting concept!

I am trying harder to see the good in others before being negative. I do enjoy myself more by taking time to talk to people and I am finding there are good souls all around me.

Helpful guide!

Thank you for writing this inspirational book. It shows compassion for people you don't even know. I enjoyed listening it and could feel your compassion in helping people appreciate what they have, and not focus on what they don't have or only what they want.

Simply the best

I enjoyed listening this book it is very straight forward and easy to understand. If you read anything pertaining to manifesting what you desire. I urge you to listen this book. To the author I would like to say thank you for imparting your experiences and wisdom with us.

Great tools to reach success

Amazing! I am applying everything this book has taught me to my daily life.. i was so down at one point but this book helped me lift myself back up, i am looking at myself and the world so different. Letting the negative go and taking in the positive! Happiness comes from the inside

Very interesting listen!

The Author is simply down the earth and generosity is a must too, this precious book is worth purchase. Very easy to listen and understand make you feel inspired and motivated. I love it.

No matter your beliefs this book really reminds you of the power of being positive and a good person. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our own drama and lives we get frustrated and feel like a failure having not achieved all that we have wanted to that we forget to be thankful for all we have. This book reminded me and woke me up to the poor way of looking at things I have been using lately and opened my eyes to some new ideas. Great listen, great book. Thanks!

Love Chase Andrews. Easy To Understand.

This book really changed my approach to a lot of things in life, it taught me how to approach the most menial tasks in life and the most significant with determination and focus. It also teaches you a lot about self-motivation by identifying areas in life that you may not be giving proper attention to, or giving too much attention to. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to become a more focused and balanced person, because you will find success through the path of Mindfulness that Chase Andrews outlines if you actively apply his lessons to your own life.

Life Changing

I don't believe there is any other book on the market, which covers this topic. Mr. Chase Andrews speaks on the concept of Meditate Your Way to Success. How to take a subject, any subject, and how to go from level 0, to complete Meditate. Like all Great books, it is short, simple and straight forward. This is one of those books, that should be bought, and placed on your upper shelf for continuous review.

It should be pointed out, this is NOT a self-help book. It's about Meditate: What is, and what's required to get there.

Practice Practice Practice

Excellent short book exploring the concept of "Meditate Your Way to Success". Although our media driven culture focuses on "have it your way...right now", the reality is that in order to Meditate anything you must be willing to practice. We learn by doing. When we see a highly skilled person performing a task we may wonder how they became so fluid and efficient. The answer is...through practice. There are no shortcuts. The secret is to love the practice for its own sake, not the end goal.

highly Informative!

This book ultimately does not provide any information that is secretive or shocking, but what it does provide are insightful ways to appreciate the little time we have on this earth, and reminds us that any life goal we set for ourselves requires real work to accomplish. Andrews also reminds us that there is no quick fix if you want to be truly great at something. I really found it interesting how this book made me take a step back. Fortunately, it is not a long listen (as I, like most of us, am quite busy), yet it is one that everyone can benefit from if you're willing to apply the information to your life. It's a fascinating perspective that will give you a great deal of "food for thought." I highly recommend it.

Nice approach to life

The book also discusses how people take different approaches that lead to abandonment of goals, and provides some guidance and suggestions on how to actually achieve mastery in some area. And that is really a mis-statement, because the book actually assumes that mastery is a path, not a destination; while the people around you might thing you've mastered something, you will probably see with clarity how far you actually have to go. And that clarity improves the longer you are on the path. What the book actually helps you do is continue on the path. And that is enough.

I cannot say how much I love this book

I cannot say how much I love this audible book. However, I know I had to be in the right place in my life to appreciate it. I will suggest to people for the rest of my life with full awareness that the timing could be wrong or right for them. As for me it will always be one of my favorite books defining my life vision as I move forward.

One of the best books I've ever listen. I think this is a must so everyone understand what it really means to achieve success or more than that to enjoy what you do in your life and what it really requires to develop our skills into Mindfulness and Meditation.

Wonderful!

Haven't listen the whole thing yet, but I am very impressed so far. Lots of common sense things that we don't often think about. It just sort of makes you pause and think about how simple life could really be if we tried.

Easy to understand

The book is wonderful--written both masterfully and easy to understand. The content is incredible and will most assuredly change your life when applied and understood. He even breaks things down in the end, reviews things well, and distills it all down for you for easy reference. A GREAT BOOK.

A book for practitoners!

Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Awakening by Chase Andrews is the "Bible" of Mindfulness. It is meant to be listen and studied. Referred back to as one meditates and follows a mindful path.
