The content is average, it is less a book than a drawn out sales pitch for her medical Reiki course (which can only be taken if you are a Reiki master with in-person attunements - despite her repeatedly stating the effectiveness of distant healing, apparently she doesn’t believe in distant attunements)

The worst thing was the narration, the narrator obviously has no understanding of the subject and her intonation is consistently way off, making some sentences hard to understand. It sounds like it’s being read by AI.
