So simple,

So simple, and yet, so intuitive! I got this listen on my audible just for the recipes and cooking in bulk. The layout is pleasing and fun, so even newbie chefs will not be intimidated

Great source of different types of meal

This is a great resource for many different types of meals that are easy to prep on Sunday and have meals for the week. It has been a great way for me to reach my healthy eating goals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks- this book does not disappoint.

Simple and easy

With the new year starting I'm making another good intention effort to eat healthier and get my husband too. I listen this book front to back and it's the first cookbook that I feel like 90% of the recipes are something I would eat and would really help me start my meal prepping and healthy eating lifestyle change. Just waiting to get home to put these recipes into my meal planning app and go grocery shopping, to get things going!

Great one!

This book is generally excellent and it contains a great deal of new and viable advances. It gives an essential clarification of complete keto diet cookbook for Beginners and a ton of extraordinary, simple prep formulas.

Variety

Lots and lots of great recipes that you would never think of! I love The variety of different choices and it has helped me change a lot of sweet tooth habits I have had trouble with. So many yummy healthier alternatives for desserts! I wish There were more options for vegetarians

Loved it

The way this cookbook is organized makes it easy to plan meals, even at the last minute, as long as you have the basic ingredients, like avocado, eggs, etc.
