Healthy book

I love this cookbook! It contains a large variety of recipes. There are also several different recipes for different cooking methods (slow cooker, oven, etc.). I have tried several of the recipes so far with success.

i lovely

Meal Prepping is simply preparing some, or all of your meals ahead of time. The idea is that when you have healthier things ready to eat, you will eat them instead of other potentially harmful foods. And it works incredibly well. In this book, you'll get great instruction for starting the meal prepping, as well as excellent suggestions for your first meal Preppy meals. Recommend!

Must listen to it

Love this book. All the recipes are easy and the plans are flexible. I don't eat shellfish but I was able to easily substitute a meal from a different meal plan to replace it.

The meal prep is an amazing book for the people like me who aren't chef. sometimes you are running out of ideas on what to cook, this book will help me.
