Really good simple and fast recipes

I play premier level rugby and work full time and these recipes are good and they don’t take a ton of time. There sis enough diversity to not get hired and be reaching your protein macros (my struggle)

It fits your macros! Well done

This is EXACTLY what I have been searching for!!!!!!! I have tried many Recipes books but couldn’t use many of the recipes because the macros were way too high, and nothing fit. This is perfect; I’m so glad someone finally made a cookbook like this!

Can't get much simpler than this...

One of My Two Favorite Cookbooks!

I have only one complaint. I am a single person and all the recipes are for 4 or more servings! However, I found numerous recipes that use ingredients that I love so I will be adjusting recipe amounts for 1 or 2 people.
