Summary
Maximus O’Ryan is a young prince and the son of the King of the Eagle tribe. He spends much of his time in his favorite dojo, honing his skills to perfection with his friend Adria. But all he has ever known is about to change forever. When his father, King Demetrius, learns of a prophecy in which he will die at the hands of fallen angels, he knows that the time has come for Maximus to step up and be the king he was always meant to be.
Soon, the prophecy comes to pass, and now, with his heart filled with anger and rage and set on revenge, Maximus is sent on a mission that will change his life. Along the way, he will learn the true value of friendship and know just who can be relied upon to stand with him when faced with the ultimate danger. But can he fulfil his purpose and defeat an army of fallen angels, led by the powerful and deadly warrior, Yeqon? Or will he suffer the same fate as his father before him?
