I listen to this book at least once a year, Esther is amazing, this is one of my favorite books of all time. Its a real treat when the author narrates their own book :)

Thinking outside of the box and the bed . A fresh perspective on a very engaging subject that requires careful thought and considerstion if the rewards are to be enjoyed in a fulfilling relationship. Think once and listen.....listen twice and benefit....

I love how this book also goes back to the early basis of attachment and how that influences your relationships now. Esther is just unbelievable.

A must read for every adult

I learnt a lot more than I expected too as the over all subject was broken down in to different scenarios and the context explained.
I wish the book was longer, I loved learning about the whys behind thoughts, feelings and actions, and having my view point and assumptions challenged, well worth a listen.

I wish I had listened to this year's ago!
So incredibly informative and expressed sensitively. Listening to real life scenarios makes this so relatable. Definitely a reference book I will dip in and out of over the years to remain open minded and playful!
