Posy Briggs, the runt of Green River, turned eighteen years old alone in a dark room, whimpering from the pain of her latest beating. After her mother's death six years ago, her father turned her into his punching bag, taking all of his sorrow and rage out on her small self. He isolated her from her pack, turned her older brothers against her, and put her wolf into a coma with an overdose of wolfsbane. Posy's sure she won't live to see her next birthday, yet every morning she rises with the sun and hopes for something to change - and it finally does when Alpha Kendall Briggs' madness draws the attention of the Werewolf King. He sends five alphas to investigate. Five alphas who burst into Posy's life with the most delicious scents she ever imagined...

Absolutely love the storyline, the characters, can honestly say the best shifter series I've ever read and I got to also have it in audio version!
The voice actors have done a brilliant job of bringing the characters to life. Just how I imagined them to sound. Can't wait for the next instalment!!

Best book ever!

So far I like the character development of Posy. I've read other books where a FMC with a traumatic background that just instantly seems so accepting of the of MMCs and very quick to progress their relationship.
I like that Posy's relationships with her mates are a slow burn.

Loved it!

There are great storylines and plot points, the character profiles are good, however a lot of the story feels quite juvenile woth the language used.

good but could be better.
