Having been a practicing hypnotherapist for a long time, at the start of the book, was expecting to hear an interesting trance induction.
The book was read in an enjoyable story like way, with therapist and client asking and answering as the session unfolds! The information and learning is really good in my opinion and I highly recommend it especially as if introduces the use of NLP terminology. Final words😌If you completed a training that left you a bit uncertain about practicing, then this is for you!
