Keep going back to keep me sick.

Stuff they don't teach you in therapy so that you can actually get well and not need them anymore. The drugs I was given almost ruined my physical health and got me nowhere but needing to keep going back to keep me sick.

My anxiety was primarily health related and this book spoke to that in depth, however, not exclusively. This book is for all types of anxiety. I credit it with my return to normalcy. I feel okay again, which I never thought I would.

Importance of living a life of balance.

There are some points in the audio-book in which I was once exposed to that information, but listen this audio-book from beginning to end has helped me gain a lot of insight as to the importance of living a life of balance.

Listening to this has been overwhelming to me, being a novice at this kind of thing. There is more here than I can take in and it is hard to know where to start, although she does list her daily routine as being a good place to do that.

Love it!

Love it! It's kind of changed my daily life since reading it. It's so important to know what the heck you're doing and when you're doing it. Staying true to yourself. Sounds deep, but it was a wonderful book that I look back on from time to time. Definitely didn't go in the goodwill pile after listening.
