I’ve read tons of time management books. The author does a great job of giving us the next steps we can accomplish right now. Brilliantly concise.
Good, helpful book
I listened to this book while working out. I’m in the process of trying to put together a new routine and breaking bad habits. Better time management skills would help me make the most of of a good routine. I enjoyed that this audiobook got me thinking during my workouts. I plan to start using a time journal until I’m able to get myself into a set routine and then periodically to help with consistency. I recommend this book to others.
