This book is fascinating! I love learning about how the brain works, and this book was so helpful in showing how we can train our brains to be more efficient to get more of what we want out of life! But it's also about balance which is something I've been lacking recently. Excited to re-read it to solidify the ideas within and then start to train my "puppy" [brain]! I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to get the most from their brains while also living a happy, balanced, life.

Great ideas, a bit difficult to get through. What you get out of this depends on the angle from which you approach it. I was looking more so for a business application, however, there was a huge tangent towards children’s emotional education. Although it’s great content.
