Do not buy this book

Appallingly written. Use of English extraordinary. As if words missing or written by someone who doesn’t grasp the language properly.

Examples of helpful tools to aid emotional situations included putting on makeup to pass the time(?!) and if you made your family a bad meal then get a book and make a better meal (again?!!!).

Practical, well-decorated, and extremely helpful!
