A classical

Kenneth Parker explains how life transitions affect the individual - and by extension organizations. Awareness of these transitions are the first steps in making them bearable, if not manageable.

Superb

We all go through "transitions"--this helps name the phases and is certainly worth knowing and considering reality rather than living in denial when going through an Ending and a New Beginning.

Give it a try

It's a very good audiobook - helpful, insightful, and well organized. A companion during periods of stressful transition. It's not as deep or as wise as some things I've read, but perhaps more pragmatic.

Love this book; have used it for years

Kenneth Parker ' Managing Transitions is well written. He presents the people side of organizational change in a way that is easy to grasp; very intuitive. He gives good case examples and practical actions leaders can take to improve the people side of organizational change. I use this often in my work.

Easy listen, great content

This audiobook was excellent! I listened it for my MBA Corporate Strategy and Structure class, and it was extremely beneficial. This audiobook is ALL about managing changes within the company, and Bridges has a wonderful set of theories to go along with the listening's. There are a whole bunch of quizzes to take, too, to see where you are at with your transition and if your team is transitioning properly.
