This series was the first fantasy writing that really got me into the genre. while I think it went on a few more books than it probably should, it did end on a high.

After living with the characters for so many years, I must admit I shed a few tears during this last book. Many thanks Mr Feist for a truly wonderful series.

Peter Joyce's narration of this the last of the cycle is as good as ever. He brings the storyline and it's characters to life and gives the whole listening experience real substance and believability. A first class package all round.

I have lost count how many times I have read of midkemia and pug has always been a favourite character of mine. the audio book versions add another dimension to the stories and I feel this gives the characters a bit more depth. if your a fan you will enjoy this.
