Summary

Rick Fuller is a broken man. For over a year, he has spent his waking hours drinking in the seedy bars of Pattaya, tortured by guilt and tormented by what might have been.

That is until the beautiful and enigmatic MI6 agent, Harriet Casey walks into the Cha Cha Saloon with a picture of him on her phone, a computer program stolen from Russian gangsters and a plane ticket back to Manchester, where his old friend and ally Des Cogan is waiting for him.

Good story, voice production interesting!

The usual good stuff from White. The narrator is good overall but there is a touch of the Martin Shaw academy of ham acting going on here, especially with the East European accents. Overall though, a very enjoyable production.

Great series, did not disappoint.

Latest in series kept up the characters. Always nervous if a writer gets tired at some point but definitely not here. If you’re a fan of Des and Rick, you’ll like this 👍👍

Two accents that are very difficult to listen to

I could not finish the audio book. Two accents sound like someone trying to clear cement like phlem. The Scottish accent isn't great.
