Brilliant story. Unusual theme & interesting characters. A thrilling listen on Audible. I was quite disappointed when it ended. The narrator does a good job but needs some help to differentiate the various male voices as they are too similar. Will definitely listen again!

The characters are so well crafted and the writing just brilliant. The narration is also top drawer. I would recommend starting at Book 1 to get a full understanding of the characters. Hopefully more to come from Robotham.

Never has a book had me on an emotional rollercoaster like this one has, shouting at the radio when I’m listening in the car and and getting a lack of sleep because I won’t turn it off while listening before bed.

The book has a good pace. Even when you figure it out, it still gives you more. It didn't make me feel like I couldn't put it down, but i still enjoyed.

This author is one of my favourites. I never know what to expect story wise but I always know I will be entertained, spellbound and in need of spare hours to really enjoy his books. The characters are so real, I feel I know them personally which is the measure of a great writer. Enjoy this one, it’s a beauty.
