Summary

The most important things in life are our health and happiness. Yet most of us are neither healthy nor happy. We have been led to believe that if we think ahead and make the right choices, we can manifest our dreams. Yet despite our best efforts, we still have more disease and discontent than ever before. Is it possible that our essential ideas about life are flawed?

We are all aware of the impact of sunlight on a plant's growth and development. But few of us realize that a plant actually "sees" where light is emanating from and positions itself to be in optimal alignment with it. This phenomenon, however, is not just occurring in the plant kingdom - humans are also fundamentally directed by light. In Luminous Life, Dr. Jacob Israel Liberman integrates scientific research, clinical practice, and direct experience to demonstrate how the luminous intelligence we call light effortlessly guides us toward health, contentment, and a life filled with purpose.

Waited 50 years for this book!

This book is a dream come true for me personally.
I have studied all aspects of photons and their relevance to life.
I also have wondered when there would be a book about our photosynthetic nature
I believe this book is truly an evolutionary event ....a sign that we as a species can now understand that all life originates and depends on light.
You will love this book...it is non fiction ...and brilliant and insightful
The narrator is fantastic and enunciates very well with good pacing.

Eye Opening

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It changed the way I think about and experience vision and light. The exercises presented within are also very valuable and helpful. I have listed to this several times and appreciate it more each time. Thank you for your work, Jacob Liberman.

Outstanding Material

I first heard the author in a radio interview and decided I wanted more. The only drawback is the reader who seems to speak haltingly. Jacob would have been better I feel.
