Great, informative and very interesting
A wonderful book to listen to and was pleasantly surprised how much I really enjoyed it.
One for re-reading from time to time as there is quite a lot in it, information, tips, exercises and lots of little bits of wisdom, quotes and good sound wisdom.
Covers a lot in one book, but a lovely book that should be read at least once and I will be recommending it to friends who I know will enjoy it and to open up a discussion to compare perspectives and want experienced from the many insights.
Well read as good narrator.

I no longer need my glasses
A different take on vision and exactly what I needed. I've been straining to read and the harder I try to see, the worse my vision gets. Now I'm relaxed, I see well and I flow through life with ease.

Our vision represents our inner world
jacob Liberman is teaching wisdom that science is only just starting to understand. His knowledge of the connection between the eyes and our entire inner and outer world is critical to our personal journey of finding balance in this dualistic based world.
The only personal feedback I have on the book is the use of annecdotes, they make me want to understand the individuals and their circumstances more for extra tips on staying in clarity.
The understanding of eye alignment being a big factor in vision and depth perception is so valuable and has given me tools to regain my alignment and clarity.
