Good story but 5 bucks for 33 minutes is just wrong

It's a short story with no relevance to the plot line. The other books are priced very reasonable but I feel cheated for paying more than a dollar for this.

Don't waste your money

Someone should be ashamed of charging money for this short story. If this were scripted into a movie scene it might get 5 minutes of screen time--if it didn't hit the cutting room floor first.

Not a full book. Only 30 minutes of content.

Absolutely not worth $5 or a credit. I will be returning this and asking for a refund.

It's a short story

it's slightly frustrating to buy it thinking that you're getting the next book in the series when you're actually getting a short story that is almost the same price as the books

Good story but overpriced

This should have cost maybe $3.00, it's a good story but very short, I definitely wouldn't use an audible credit on it.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY....

What disappointed you about Lucky Thirteen?

uh, 33 minutes for the same price as 2 plus hours

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

It's over?

Did Nicol Zanzarella do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Fine...but he didn't have to work all that hard...

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Anger...33 mins? Seriously?

Feel good story - but overpriced at $6.00

This is a classical western faithful horse/companion story set in the 22nd century. Lucky 13 is Lt. Halley's first drop ship and it has a well earned bad reputation. If you have read any of the "Terms of Enlistment" series you will recognize Lt. Halley as Andrew Grayson's (the main character of the series - girl friend). She & 13 fly the unfriendly sky's and together they turn the ships bad reputation around on it's tail fins.

This is an enjoyable story but at 33min for $6. it is a bit of a disappointment. Sort of like the epipen price gouging. If is was a third of going price - say $1.95 I would be happy and not feel as if I had been abused.

Should Have Been Free

What disappointed you about Lucky Thirteen?

33 minutes is not a book. It was more like a short, very short, story.

Has Lucky Thirteen turned you off from other books in this genre?

no

What does Nicol Zanzarella bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The reader was good.

Any additional comments?

Book should have been free because it was short to short to sell for 1 credit.

Not worth the 6 bucks I paid

Narrator was fine, just not a very original nor very interesting story. Predictable, seemed much shorter than the advertised book length. I enjoy the full length books in this series much more.

Too expensive

Good story. Too short for the price. Finishing off this series and wanted to listen to all of it.
