Like everything Denise does this is brilliant. Easy to listen to, great content and lively delivery. I will be re-listening frequently.

It does need editing though, there are fair few bloopers.

I enjoyed this more than I expected. I'm not into the Law of Attraction but I do believe that what we put out there we get back. I was worried this would be too LOA and yes, DDT does mention it frequently but the advice she gives and the encouragement is practical, logical (gave myself a shake a couple of times) and most importantly actionable. I'm off to take care of myself, I hope you enjoy as much as I did :)
