fantastic book really put lucid dreaming in perspective, great use of scientific background research and stories. it helped me to lucid dream I've always had dreams but nothing as glorious as lucid dreaming itself.

I can see there is a slight change in my sleep. I have more energy and I remember more dreams. However, I still haven't managed to get to lucid dreaming. But it's coming.

I had already read Wagonners book before Charlie’s, this book conveys the basics better for newbies. As recommended within the book I would defo read Robert Wagonners life long experience after you have gained more insight, certainly after you have had a proper lucid dream.

5 stars, however it’s a pity that the diet advice mentioned by Charlie was that of eating sentient beings (animals). Stick to the plant based examples he stated instead, prevents the unnecessary anxiety and suffering of others 😊 There is much data showing how healthy a plant based diet can be - The GameChangers being just one short documentary 🌱

I have recommended the book to several family members and friends to get them started 👍🏻
