I know you’ve tried all manner of things to get relief and live a normal life despite having IBS but by the virtue that you are reading this, it is clear that you still need more….

The question is….

Does such a solution even exist?

The answer is a simple "yes" and this solution is packaged in the form of the low FODMAP diet, a science-backed dietary approach to dealing with IBS and all related problems.

But what exactly is a low FODMAP diet?

How does it work to bring about relief from IBS?

If you have these and other related questions, this book is for you, so keep listening.

More precisely, in this book, you will learn:

  • The basics of the FODMAP diet, including the meaning of the term FODMAP, what a low FODMAP diet is, and more
  • The ins and outs of the process of absorption so that you know where low FODMAP foods come in

I am exceptionally happy with this audio-book.!

I believe I mentioned earlier, I find this a better option than part to pull reliable internet tools and your safety shouldn't be a gamble if you're on the fence. Only gripe . it's a audio-book.

This is an extraordinary learning audio-book for !

The audio-book works and is very insightful about foods that induce inflammation of the tissue you wouldn't have known of otherwise. The poor thing is that they had to change their diet.

Make & so good to taste that my family even enjoy!

The audio-book is a very good way to understand the diet of Low-Brand S. Frith and start making meaningful adjustments to combat IBS. My Gastroenterology has recommended it to me and every recipe looks amazing! I've already made a few and they're not that hard to make and so good to taste that my family even enjoys them.

My husband never knew what his tummy troubles wer!

So, he's a different guy between this guide and taking a gas pill when appropriate. So now he knows how to stay away from sugar alcohols ... the nearby Walmart bathroom will never be the same after nailing in one setting a whole sugar free cake.

These recipes suits my way of eating much better !

It is really good with some insightful examples of why and how, which are easy to comprehend. The recipes are also more oriented towards European eating far away from burgers and potato crisps. These recipes suits my way of eating much better than the other audio-books, with enough ideas for eating mostly vegetarian.

This audio-book has more data and goes deeper !

Really good value for money. I've Listen a lot of details from the internet but this audio-book has more data and goes deeper, describing stuff in more depth. Typically not incorporated into recipes in audio-book backs but many look very interesting and I'm going to try them out.

Nice low residue cook audio-book!

The recipes appeared a bit intimidating at first but once I had my pantry set up free of fodmaps the recipes became easy to follow and without any extra effort I can cook fodmap free for my whole family. After years of suffering without knowing why, I highly recommended this audio-book.

I think it will be useful for some listeners.!

For someone who does not like sweets, blueberries are sweet to me, and never ate much fruit in my life, the sudden switch introduced me to problematic foods that my entire life, I avoided but didn't know I was doing so. This audio-book helped me to understand why and gave me the knowledge that I needed to modify my diet.

At the least it is a really good guide to eating!

Well decorated and easy to understand. I have tried a couple of recipes and they were very good. The only thing is that they might list a food that is ok to have in one part of the audio-book only to have it notify up in another part of the audio-book notifying that same food off limits but I think they do this as everyone has different tolerances to different foods.

Great recipes, well-decorated, informative!

I'm always wary of medical diet cookaudio-books, but this one was so well-reviewed. Every single recipe I've made out of here (at least a dozen) has been a total hit for our family. I have IBS, and it has really helped me figure out what I can't eat, and introduced some new favorite recipes.

It also has vegan & vegetarian recipes are good!

I encourage everyone who has IBS (or Crohn's) to listen this & follow the directions! It also has vegan & vegetarian recipes as well which was nice. This isn't a diet plan or something you need to follow forever- For two weeks you follow the recipe plan of your choice (that has little or no FODMAPs), after two weeks you can incorporate other things slowly- so you can see which food it is that is causing your IBS (ex, broccoli, milk, beans, etc.)
