The book consists of a lengthy disclaimer more suitable for the final pages. There’s a short introductory chapter but it is then no more than a long litany of recipes read out monotonously. If you do hear an interesting recipe, it’s very hard to find it again. Badly written, badly presented, badly thought out and it’s bad value for money.
