Great concise little book answering the important questions

50 yrs old myself ,
Training for competition in April and switched to Keto in December.

This book was exactly what I was looking for.

Was worried about the drastic switch from carbs. Book has answered
most questions I needed to know.

useful, interesting.

Simple, understandable and interesting audio book, that you should read when you do sports. Price is acceptable!
i will listen to this again to memorize some specific details. I have been on ketogenic diet now for 2.5 weeks.
I still need to read more about diet specific for triathlon, and indeed test and try the diet best to me.

Short and sweet

Consolidated discussion of the ketogenic/primal diet. This would probably be good introductory material for people not familiar with low-carb endurance training. If you have already read fat for fuel or deep nutrition or other in-depth nutrition physiology book on low-carb then this will just be a high-level review for you.
