I found this book simple to read. Eating healthy f

Where does Low Carb: Keto Diet Beginner's Guide to Losing Weight, Getting Lean, and Feeling Amazing rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I've always been a low carb concious eater, though it tends to contridict what they say before you run a marathon "ear a lot of pasta." But what you are really doing with the info in this book is resetting your body's primary fuel burning source to fats, rather then carbs. It will be interesting to see how this type of eating arrangement works with me as a runner.

Have you listened to any of Gregory Allen Siders’s other performances? How does this one compare?

NO. Coz of the words and its uplifting words and verses. I was truly amazed by the knowledge the author had in this topic. Especially how he condensed it into a short book. An excellent performance of narration.

Ketogenic Diet For Beginners

The recipes in this book taste great and the ingredients are few as well as some of our faves:). I'm not an avid cook or dieter but was pleasantly surprised when I began considering a low carb diet that I hadn't wasted my money on this one! The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't always tell you the serving size in the nutrition info it just says per serving.

Yay! Finally it makes it easy!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Low Carb: Keto Diet Beginner's Guide to Losing Weight, Getting Lean, and Feeling Amazing?

Love this book has many yummy recipes in it and truly helped me better understand the ketogenic diet, This cookbook has some great recipes and also talks about the Keto diet in a way that lay people can understand it.

For a newbie

This is one of the best book on the low carb keto diet that i have personally liked as there is a clear description of how the diet works. the insights are very helpful to lose weight effectively. I liked this book. The author described in detail how to do the exercises. I would like to study at home and this book helped.

AMAZING BOOK

Low carbs, short for low carbohydrates, is a complex topic. Carbs are found in a massive range of foodstuff. Some carbs are healthy: some not so healthy.This book has introduced us to the wonderfully healthy concept of losing weight using ow carb keto diet. The Ketogenic Cookbook is so awesome recipes! I've lost 70lbs within 6 months on the Ketogenic diet and having lots of recipes makes this lifestyle so much fun and livable! I highly recommend this cookbook, you won't be disappointed! Each recipe has macros posted and a really awesome photo of the completed recipe. There is something for everyone in here from snacks, meals, desserts, dressing, sauces and more!

Naturally loose weight!!!

This cookbook is a well organized and informative cookbook. Dexter Jackson presents the listen with the Ketogenic way of eating that is easy to understand. The recipes are displayed in a very user friendly manner, including nutritional values. The back of the book contains many resources that help the reader gain more information as the the eating lifestyle. This is a excellent addition to Ketogenic resources!

The recipes bought me over

The good explanation of the importance and benefits and the fancy but simple to prepare recipes bought me over. This audio book is perfect for beginners to get to try and eventually continue it as a normal regular diet and living a healthier life. I started with Keto diet just a few months ago and I am very happy to add this amazing and very interesting recipes and desserts on my list. Sharing this to my mom and sister too. I was able to try some of the ketogenic recipes already and I'm really satisfied.

The world needs this information...

These books have changed my life I have struggled with my weight all my life! I now have hope that I can look at the situation differently and react to life differently.

I have read a few books on the Ketogenic Diet and although I am interested there was too much gibberish and fillers in between the important parts, in my opinion.

This book can use some editing in small areas but overall I thought it was fine. You are able to understand the point.

low carb living

This is a wonderful book filled with soo much info about starting keto or even just going low carb. Much easier to understand. Leanne goes through her own journey and it is much like my own. Breath of fresh air and a sigh of relief. Easy to understand. Life changer. You get the same Leanne here as she is on her podcast, VERY smart!!! I am learning so much from her! This is a great book! Tons of info....can't wait to get into her next book!

This Has it All! Very Informative.

I've been wanting to get started on a Keto diet for awhile, but don't have time to read, as I'm a traveling salesperson. I found this on audible and started listening. Great information and recipes are all here. I now find myself just starting out on the Keto diet and and it is going well so far.

When all else fails, follow the direction. With great recipes and all, this will help you succeed!

Awesome ketogenic recipes!

Nice! Gathering information was not a bore since the narrator was engaging that I couldn’t stop listening to him. I’ve just learned that this low-carb and high-fat diet is the right one for me and has increased my chances of being cured. It has given its readers an updated overview of Ketogenic diet. I was diagnosed with diabetes and I’m taking several medicine pills a day. After listening to this audio book, I’m now confident that I can be cured by the recipes found in this piece NATURALLY!

Is is interesting book. Everyone must follow this book, to stay healthy always. It is an informative book. I suggest it for everyone,

Excellent nutrition program..

Excellent nutrition program for those who want to eat healthy. Especially for those who are overweight. I picked up this book for my husband because he has a problem with weight. Now the kids and I eat the same as my husband, and it is all very tasty.

Good low carb recipes

Low carbs diet is one of the most popular way to lose weight. I really like the recipes this book provided, from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The recipes are very easy and will definitely try them all. I can now have a complete meal within a day without worrying my carbs intake. You can also find inside delicious breakfast, mouth-watering lunch, tempting dinner, bonus recipes. Well written by the author.

Healthy food
