Ketogenic Diet For Beginners

The recipes in this book taste great and the ingredients are few as well as some of our faves:). I'm not an avid cook or dieter but was pleasantly surprised when I began considering a low carb diet that I hadn't wasted my money on this one! The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't always tell you the serving size in the nutrition info it just says per serving.

AMAZING BOOK

Low carbs, short for low carbohydrates, is a complex topic. Carbs are found in a massive range of foodstuff. Some carbs are healthy: some not so healthy.This book has introduced us to the wonderfully healthy concept of losing weight using ow carb keto diet. By reading this book, i learned what are the Benefits of a Low Carb Keto Diet, Where to Begin Your Diet & What to Eat, How To Control Your Cravings, How To incorporate Exercises into your Low Carb Diet and many more useful informaion. It was a great listen.

Ketogenic cooking is the book to guide how to cook delicious dishes using pressure cooker. In this book you will find that the diet is what we want to be. The author is the chief who wrote this book. I'm really interested in the field related to healthy and sound mind. This book gave me a lot of ideas and I'll apply them to my life.

Valuable Information! Easy to understand.

The good explanation of the importance and benefits and the fancy but simple to prepare recipes bought me over. This audio book is perfect for beginners to get to try and eventually continue it as a normal regular diet and living a healthier life. I started with Keto diet just a few months ago and I am very happy to add this amazing and very interesting recipes and desserts on my list. Sharing this to my mom and sister too. I was able to try some of the ketogenic recipes already and I'm really satisfied.

Awesome ketogenic recipes!

Nice! Gathering information was not a bore since the narrator was engaging that I couldn’t stop listening to him. I’ve just learned that this low-carb and high-fat diet is the right one for me and has increased my chances of being cured. It has given its readers an updated overview of Ketogenic diet. I was diagnosed with diabetes and I’m taking several medicine pills a day. After listening to this audio book, I’m now confident that I can be cured by the recipes found in this piece NATURALLY!

Is is interesting book. Everyone must follow this book, to stay healthy always. It is an informative book. I suggest it for everyone,

Healthy food

Shows how to properly count carbs!!

If you want to understand the relationship between foods and your body, I think you will like this book. I really like it. This cookbook is amazing. I love how you can take any recipe and make it your own. I do not cook very well, and the instructions are easy for me to follow. It has been useful for grocery shopping, and helping me to prepare meals.

Love this book!

What a beautiful book!! I've lost 35 pounds so far eating this way. Dexter Jackson have an awesome array of recipes and information to keep me happy! to the point

of refreshing change from the usual self-help books. Usually, the first chapter of dedicated too convincing you to continue reading the book citing successful results and the author's personal Journey, which I couldn't care less about. It is brief and a great snippet about the keto diet. His final closing remarks has intrigued me to read his other works including his favorite diet.
