The Low Carb diet isn't a new idea, however, I have found that this book explains it better than most. Most diet books simply say, eat this, avoid this, and weight loss will follow. I love how this one explains what is happening with your body, why it happens, and how to deal with it. I like how it takes the weight loss in four separate stages, and helps you through each one. I think this is a lot better approach than so many that I have tried.
