Tremendous!

I tried the Eat to Live diet a couple of years back. Talk about MISERABLES. All restrictions, no taste, and hungry 24/7. I've tried paleo, gluten-free, a low carb that allows artificial sugars and alternatives, vegan, vegetarian, high carb-low fat, and this diet just works.
