Life is precious, i forget to take in each moment.........This really helped me reflect, considered all the things i'm harboring or holding resentment about..... Dang, this is deep if you allow it. Being open to the possibility that we can be mindful of our inner world and smoothing out the feelings and emotions that we held dear/ourselves hostage. I never felt i held a grudge, but dang it, i apparently do... and although this has really helped me through those moments, i just play it again and again to help release better qualities in my heart. The art of neutralizing old wounds, by feeling safe, bringing in that love and positivity. This is my first guided meditation, but each time i play it, i'm feeling new feelings as everything is changing. I never thought about how changes can be a teacher... as we review, or reflect on the past, embracing our future as it comes, ready to face our new directions. I'll have to embrace the compassion and mercy in which i've been given and soon be ready for a more peaceful adventure in what we call life.

I really enjoyed the guided sessions in this book. They’re simple, comforting, and exactly what I needed. I really liked the length of the pauses during the meditations—they gave me the space to slow down, get grounded, and really feel present. Other audiobooks I’ve tried often rush through, but this one had the perfect pacing. I can already feel a difference in my stress levels, and I’m feeling calmer and more at peace with myself. I plan to add these to my daily routine, to continue releasing stuff that comes up. I liked the narrators voice, and the words that are said. The meditations were great.

I’ve tried different mindfulness practices before, but I always struggled with consistency.
