One of the things I really enjoy about these meditations that Audible has put together is how varied they are. I use a lot of different medications due to illness and I found the sending and reflecting love back to yourself was a different angle than the meditation I usually use and it left me feeling happy and more positive. That being said I have had negative experiences with meditation and it is worse if the artist hits a raw nerve when you were previously relaxed, I didn't find that with this one but it is worth checking a few reviews and is probably best avoided if you have recently lost someone.
