If you want a strong, sassy, female character and plenty of supernatural excitement, then this book isn't for you! I got fed up waiting for Juliet to come into her own but alas apart from a glimpse of grit in the last hour of the recording she remained a wet lettuce.

it was a good book but had a bigger potential. the story was solved too easy and there were too many intimate scenes.

The characters were very well written. I was drawn to poor, traumatised Juliette from the very beginning and needed to know what would happen to her. Great character development, world-building and story. Excellent narrator too.
