Whenever your feeling down, listen to this. This has given me the confident boost that I needed and I will return whenever I feel I need another boost. I might forward to the parts I find the most relatable for me, and it is so relatable, for women especially. We spend so much time trying to be perfect. I love this as its so reassuring, and makes you realise that you are not alone and need to put yourself first, WE are a priority, its necessary for your well being but also for others around you as we can get so stressed out, its not healthy for anybody.

Something that stuck with me was that how important it is to prioritise yourself, I always put my kid first and constantly thinking of spending time together, my things always came after which mostly never happens, but in the long run when they grow up what will I do? I could potentially feel so lost, so I know now that I must do something for myself and how important that is.

I have come away from this.. loving myself! God knows I beat myself up everyday over the silliest, unrealistic scenarios so it felt good to hear everything pointed out and the reasons why, from physical appearance to mental health, all in one so thank you.

Now GO LOVE YOURSELF TOO, we all deserve it!

The narrator was easy to listen to and sounded authoritative without being a “know-it-all.” I enjoyed her calm tone and the rhythm of her voice. I am glad I have the audio version so I can listen to it in snips to relax before bedtime.

My hope is that the affirmations and suggestions outlined in this book will repeat in my memory and change some of my self-sabotaging patterns. Even though I know self-love is important, it seems that there is just no time.

Through reading the book, I not only found some helpful tips for myself, but I learned to be more compassionate for others who have more of a struggle than I do when faced with our culture’s misogynist microaggressions. The examples given are down-to-earth and realistic.

It’s an absolute necessity to make ourselves a top priority and our self-care at the top of our to-do list. The material was presented in a very thought-provoking and rational way, yet it did not invalidate the power of our powerful emotional mind.

Overall, I found this book to be informative and insightful.

This audiobook is soooo inspiring that can help us discovers our advantage and love ourselves better! If you feel yourself often in inconfident status, this book can definitely help a lot! Recommended to women who are looking for building a positive mindset and self-esteem!

We have been taught to surround ourselves with positive people to echo that ambience of positivity but there are times when one is alone and self doubt, one way or the other, seeps in; this book is definitely for those moments among other times.

With so much distraction and noise in heavy social media environment we live in, it is easy to self judge ourselves negatively. Sometimes we just need the subtle reminders to get us back on the track; listening to this audible to and from work did just that - a little self check, a little boost and a little kick in the butt is what this audible will do for you.

I'm so glad I found this book! I struggle with self value and knowing how to rest / make myself a priority for once, and this book helped me to understand just how important it is to actually do it. Not only it's got a wealth of great tips on how to feel confident in life and relationships, but it also helps to dive into the deeper layers to better understand the underlying causes of different struggles. Written and narrated in a nice compassionate way to help you relax and really think about how you can prioritize your own happiness. Would 100% recommend!
