Wanting to open his store in the small town, he comes into the local bar and meets Perrin. Perrin has had her share of heartbreak. She is now putting all her energy into her restaurant. When she catches wind of Gage's intentions, and then finds him interfering in her own dreams, he finds out he has met his match. Their attraction is real, but the conflict is too. Will Gage see things in a new light? Will Perrin be able to open her heart? This is a quick listen but packs a punch. A lot of witty banter, chemistry that is easy to feel and a small town I have fallen in love with, Lydia Michaels has a wonderful love story to warm your heart.

Ava Erickson has pulled me into this series, and I am so happy! She brings out all humor, the tension and love with her performance and I loved it!

This was my first book by Lydia Michaels & my first visit to Jasper Falls. Loved the small town feel of this story. Gage & Perrin went on quite the adventure together! Lots of highs & lows in this sweet & sexy story. Ava Erickson was amazing as Perrin. I could listen to her narrate forever!

This is the third book in the Jasper Falls Series, a Small Town Romance. This is another great addition to the series. Perrin and Gage's story is sweet, cute, and heartwarming. Ava Erickson did an amazing job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Pining for You, the next book in the series.

I LOVED THIS!

This book is so sweet and very quick.
Perrin and Gage are the ultimate couple. Perrin recently found out her fiance was cheating on her and Gage has had his own secrets. Their relationship is very quick but I loved every second of it! Mostly the communication. Most rom-com's base the tension around lack of communication. However, in this book, that wasn't the case. It was funny, smart, sweet and I loved it.

Even though the relationship is built very quickly, I didn't feel like the pace was rushed. The chemistry between Perrin and Gage was clearly visible, I would be surprised if it wasn't so fast!

Overall I highly recommend this audiobook, as the storyline is fantastic and the narrator really captured the story!

Perrin hasn’t made the best choices when it comes to the men in her life so she is focused on ensuring the ongoing success of the pub that she owns with her sister. She wants to purchase a parcel of land that will allow her to expand only to find out that another person has placed a bid above the market value.

Gage has overcome a difficult past and is a successful business. He purchased the property intending to build the next construction store in his chain never expecting his attraction to Perrin or that she wanted it as well. He soon realizes that nothing is more important than Perrin however both of their pasts are about to catch up with them.

Both Gage and Perrin are cautious as they have been burnt by love in the past so even though they have some challenges to overcome the feelings between them are undeniable. The narrator did a great job with both the pacing of the story and making the characters relatable.
