Summary
I’m not going to let him hurt me again....
Once upon a time Shayne and I were a thing...a secret thing. Seven years later we’re still the only ones that know. And it all when up in flames when Shayne decided I was good enough to have behind closed doors, but not good enough to be on his arm. His hurtful words and actions tore me apart and ruined my self-confidence for years. I’m not the type to hold grudges, but I can’t forgive him. No matter how much it seems like he’s changed.
I don’t know how to say I’m sorry....
I knew I did Leo wrong, but I never realized the extent of the damage. I was so wrapped up in my own pain that I couldn’t see beyond it. But now that I have the chance, I want to make things up to him. He was my first love and best friend before I betrayed him, and now he’s become a man I want to stand beside. But how can I fix the things I broke between us?
Love Me Again is a second chance M/M romance featuring a first love gone wrong, an ugly duckling who’s grown up into a hunk, and two men who learn to see beyond the surface to the love that lies beneath.

Awesome
This was such a great audiobook.
I have loved listening to this series, and this book was no exception.
I can't wait to listen to more from Aiden and Ali.

It was pretty good
I enjoy most of both these authors work and this story was good but definitely not as good as others in the same series.
That being said the story was consistent, interesting, and emotional. I liked the characters in their own ways, and the plot was believable and interesting.
The narration was spot on and I’m excited to list to more from this narrator in the future.

Having the courage of your convictions
This is a wonderful redemption/second chance romance. Shayne as a you g man was unable to stand up and show the world how much he loved Leo and in his own pain said and did some "unforgivable" things. The question for Leo becomes, are they really unforgivable? There are some second chance stories where the forgiveness seems to come too soon and the remorse seems unbelievable. This is definitely not one of those! Both characters behave in a completely believable fashion and the pace of their new beginning seems just right. I really enjoyed the performance of Logan Anare here. All of the emotional beats were hit perfectly. My heart was broken and put back together perfectly.

Shayne and Leo
Second chance redemption story. Leo and Shayne were best friends then lovers behind closed doors. Shayne hurts Leo when he won't be seen with him. 7 yrs pass and they have to get over the emotional turmoil from then and learn to trust one another again. Really enjoyable book, new to me narrator who did a good job

A great listen
I really enjoyed that this one had believable characters that were interesting and willing to listen to each other. They actually worked through their issues rather than it just being enough that they had feelings for each other. I found this book to be really well written and I will definitely be listening to more by these authors

Great addition
Aiden Bates and Ali Lyda did it again by adding another great story to the series. Leo & Shayne will draw you in and keep you listening. Logan Anare was brilliant with the narration, hope we see more from him.

WOW!
WOW! This second chance love story was really intense and emotional. Some of the topics were triggers for me so many parts of the book made me cry and caused me distress specially the part about bullying and its consequences. Of course, as always, love and forgiveness are the key to a happy ending. Besides the story, this Is the first book I have heard narrated by Mr Anare and I enjoyed a lot his voice acting and charismatic performance that enhanced the emotional aspect of the book. A wonderful book!

Hurt and Healing
I had trouble with this story, but it's probably a good romance for someone who has not experienced serious bullying. I have experienced bullying, and I just couldn't get into what happened, the apology, and the *redemption.* First, the initial betrayal and bullying was just too harsh. If you "love" someone how could you possibly be so awful to them? Second, if you were the victim of that kind of betrayal and mistreatment, how could you ever want to be with that person? I can see forgiving or forgetting after lots of therapy, maybe, but I would not want to be near that person again. Finally, Shayne's apology just wasn't enough for me. He seemed to think he DESERVED to be forgiven. Good for Leo if it made him happy, but I just wasn't convinced. Still, if you've enjoyed the rest of the series, you'll probably like this one, too. Maybe I am just too jaded. Despite my reservations, I do have to say I loved Kairo and the way he backed Leo up. So, in summary, probably a great listen, unless you've been bullied.
The narration was good. Mr. Anare did a great job capturing the characters' emotions.

A fun listen
This book didn't draw me in as much as I'd hoped, but I still enjoyed it. I was worried at the end about a miscommunication ending the relationship, but fortunately, the MC's both let each other explain and it didn't get out of hand. I don't enjoy a book where the main issue is something dumb that didn't even happen. Anyway, like I said, this was a fun listen, but I did have a few issues throughout where I wasn't sure who was speaking.
