Read the whole book and it just seems like it was jumbled together as a last-minute project by the authors. There are much better books out there on this subject of a much higher quality. The (little) anecdotal and scientific data presented in this book was mediocre and lacking and seemed to prove no point, additionally, the book is written from only one perspective and seems to push an agenda. This book was a waste of time and money in my opinion.

I wouldn't read this book again if you paid me.
