This was really good, I love Striker and Lex, the chemestry between them is so good, and their emotions toward each other are so intense that even 6 years apart couldn't erase everything they feel towards each other.

It has a good pace and you won't be able to stop listening, with some funny moments courtesy of young Lex and Striker. But it also has some frustrating ones specially with their parents. The secrets, the emotions, the regrets and the love made this a good book.

The narrattion by Sarah Pukett was so so good, she's really amazing at brining a story to life and this wasn't the exception.

Fantastic storyline

I want to start of by saying that I didn’t even read the blurb before going into this so I was fully blind, not knowing what the book was going to be about.
I normally prefer dual narration but Sarah did such a great job that I had no problem listening to it all in a day.
Not onto the story. Striker and Lex have always been in love, but 6 years ago she up and left him in the lurch.
I was dying to know why, but at the same time I just wanted her to tell him her secret. I kept saying “jut tell him!” Haha! I love that angst and was not expecting what actually happened. Poor Lex.
Altogether a well written story that was fabulously narrated.

I really enjoyed this story, a lie and threat made a young couple lose 6 years together. Very sweet story. With a few naughty bits. Great characters. I would of preferred a man reading the male parts but Sarah does a great job.

Losing a Piece of Me by KB Andrews has so many layers to it. The story is beautifully written, yet has heartache, redemption, love, family drama, and one incredible twist I never saw coming! I so enjoyed how the author tied the relationships and characters together. Sarah Puckett performed this book brilliantly! One could feel the shield of detachment that Lex tried to use on her family and friends. I really enjoyed how she was able to give the various characters distinguishable voices too. I will definitely listen to more books by this author and narrator!
