Great for Weight Loss Plans.

I don't buy many cookbooks anymore as I have so many, but this one was well worth it. Simple, everyday ingredients with a sensible plan and I love that there's a photo of every recipe. I feel much more motivated to cook a dish when I know what it's supposed to look like. Ingredients are very expensive and it usually takes much longer than stated to prepare and cook.

I find this book unique, unique in a sense that it tackles weight loss problem using the Law of attraction. This book addresses the issue of obesity by first understanding its real dangers. It provides a different view on losing weight, as it does not suggest any kind of diet, but it advises a more in-depth approach which mainly focuses on the subconscious mind and the way we perceive food and everything that contributes to obesity. It contains tips on how to use the power of subconscious mind, creative visualization, affirmations, gratitude and happiness.

Outstanding

This has been a wonderful way to lose a few pounds so far. I love the motivation it provides, that alone holds a lot of value for me. Great, great way to get a jump start on weight loss. Love.It's peaceful but with a purpose. It influences your decision making in a very subtle but effective way.

I loved this book. I myself have been toying with cutting out sugar, and after reading the benefits noted in this book, and checking out the recipes that are included, I think I will have a much easier time being able to do this, with goals in mind, grocery lists and recipes as a guideline. This book is made for diabetes and anyone that wants to decrease their intake in sugar, it provides recipes and facts on sugar and other mysterious sugars that aren't known. It's has great diet recipes and knowledge on how to live a sugar free life. You'll love it ! It was just the book I was looking for. It answered my questions on gluten and sugar causing inflammation in my body.

Come On, Wanna Lose Some Weight??

Wow, this book really opened my eyes about what a good diet can do for me Sherry S. Williams gives very sound advice when it comes whats healthy and whats not. I can't wait to try some of his recipes that are provided in the book! Worth every penny

This book shares the basics of the zero Belly Diet and provide you with a huge collection of delicious , nutritious and easy to make Zero belly recipes.I learned plenty of recipes for breakfast soups and stew , salads and other vegetable dishes, seafood and meat dishes and zero belly meal plans with the help of given recipes. Its useful.

Effective one.

Excellently written book on weight loss and how to get there. Sherry S. Williams has opened my eyes to a better way to diet, he explains the trials and tribulations of fad dieting and goes into great detail on how to do it naturally and properly. This book is a MUST listen for anyone trying to lose weight as its easy to follow and understand and his methods seem valid.
I, myself have just started implementing some of his ideas and I already feel lighter! Do yourself a favor and get a copy!
