Fear of death makes longevity more desirable than the love of life, I think. Large amounts are expended on intervention in medical systems that support life on the edge of life. In some cases, this is done because of the quality of life.

I was blown away by this audio book

I was blown away by this audio book. As a business developer within life science, this one just kicked my @ss. It changed everything I believe in. I truly think that aging is a disease after reading this audio book and going through the waste amount of science supporting it.

Nice lesson!

Bought this to become healthier. have lost weight too. A good amount of research and case studies included understanding why Gundry says what he says. has some recipes also included. I got my sister the same book and have recommended it to friends too.

Interesting book

Our Stephen's a bit wordy (kept it off the full 5star mark). This seems to be making it more of a story than blinding us with science. I'm not saying there isn't any science but he gives an interesting way to look at things that I hadn't thought of before.

Great book!

Great audiobook by a very experienced heart surgeon who has done his own research. The diet is quite extreme but according to the Author, he has seen a lot of people get well using it. I quite enjoy the diet and for the first time in my life crave greens!!! My medical condition improved as the weight dropped off but not totally well yet.
