A dream of a DREAM BOOK!

I listened piecemeal, half an hour at a time, in bed, as I was falling asleep. It gave me many an awesome dream and a couple of lucid dreams! Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming (LCBOLD) is one of the best lucid dreaming books I’ve ever read/listened to (and I’ve been reading/listening to LD books since Patricia Garfield’s 1975 Creative Dreaming!). Written by life-long oneironaut Dr. Clare Johnson, who is incredibly generous and approachable, this ground-breaking book is the product of 20 years of research and practice. LCBOLD boldly sheds light on taboo topics such as the ethics of lucid dream sex and violence. LCBOLD will always be one of my all-time favorite LD books and it’s made into my very exclusive list of two dozen books I reread (relisten) religiously every year.
