This is the opening sentence of my book, The Untethered Soul. Since its publication in 2007, I’ve been inundated with questions about why that inner voice is always talking, why so much of what it says is negative and stressful, and most importantly, how you free yourself from it.
In this course, we will put to rest any questions you have about that inner dialogue. Not just about quieting it down - but about how to steadily remove the root cause of its existence.
One of the greatest lessons you will learn here is that trying to achieve happiness by "getting what you want" is actually limiting your happiness. A very worth while message but does feel a bit repetitive at times
I’m glad I listened to this as the message is very important and the narrator author does a good job of putting some character and passion into it. Highly recommended

Beautiful in its simplicity
Michael Singer is a wonderful teacher he makes it very easy to understand what one must do if interested in living in Joy , then the rest is up to us . As it always is. There is no waffle or new age stuff going on here just profound teachings translated into a way we can understand, if we want to .

fantastic teachings, presented with great enthusia
This is a really excellent course. very inspiring, deep and profound. the teachings of letting go of internal blockages are presented in a very practical and accessible way. I'll be trying to practice this for the rest of my life.

Deep, interesting & expansive, real aha moments
I really enjoyed the concepts in this book, it complemented beautifully what I know about energy already and expanded my thinking in many ways. overall the content of the book with great I just found Michael, in the way he delivered it was like a critical parent telling me what to do haha some more layers for me to uncover
