Summary

With Leo's commitment to Arnacript finalized, the champ announces his retirement to the world and prepares to work full-time on Ohlavar Quest. The challenges in the game world become steeper as Leo sets his eyes on the first of many artifacts, and he joins a dungeon exploration group in an effort to acquire the piece. But forces in the real world don't want the champ to retire from Astafar Unlimited, and they will do whatever it takes to get him back. Even if it means killing his parents. Lion's Quest: Dual Wield is the second novel in New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Michael-Scott Earle's Lion's Quest epic fantasy saga.

I like it

I really liked it except for those moments when the main character was getting himself scammed for like the 5th time. But besides that its a great read.

Duel Worlds Delivers

I always fear a sequel, but this book does really well. Maybe even better than the first. Without giving away any story, the new characters are great and the overall feel is much better. The only complaint I have for the series, is that the author writes almost all of the females like a 13 year olds wet dream. Come on, does EVERY female have to want to get it on with the MC? But the story is good enough I can overlook it:
The Narrator does a great job, and I love that he does a distinct voice for all of the characters. I will forever hear Chip with that southern drawl now. Very well done.

I enjoyed the first book.. but

This second book was ok story wise.. but to be honest if you cut out the graphic description of every women he meets..everytime he meets them.. and how bad he wants to bang them all but he is a "good" guy.. the book is only like 2 hours long. It got so old so fast that with 5 hours left in the book i had to stop listening for awhile.

Main character beyond stupid

Despite all the positive reviews this series is a waste. The main character is completely clueless. He's supposed to be the best of the best, yet time after time makes mistakes that even newbies laugh at. Fantastic narration though.
