The Fire God demands I become his Priestess—and take four mates.
I've secretly loved my four best friends ever since we were kids playing in the village together, but I can't have them all—and there's no way I can choose only one.

Blane, the town's resident bad boy who I can't seem to resist. Roth, the scarred hero who once broke my heart. Derel, the infuriatingly sexy man I've been betrothed to my entire life. And Falon, my best friend, who has never seen me as more—or has he?

When the Fire God chooses me to be his High Priestess, he demands I take four men to be my mates. Maybe I don't have to choose after all?

But will the men agree to give up everything to join me at the Fire Temple? And if they do, what challenges will we face once we arrive there?

Light The Fire is a standalone prequel to the Her Elemental Dragons series.

I have a lot of reverse harem. I was this was not men trying to take over. She was already in love with them. The story was believable. The book was divided into six steps and it is believable no long unnecessary words or plots. I love how the book end so you desperate to meet the heroine of the next book.
Thank you Elizabeth Briggs. Well done great world

Unbelievable

Light the fire is a prequel book in this series about people, dragons, elementals and gods in lands that are not safe. This book is about the fire priestess and her mates being chosen as the fire gods has been released. This book does go into sexual details but the story is still good. It is a short story compared to the other book and could have easily been able to have added more to it if she wanted to make the longer. Nice short book to finish with.

I haven't read yet any of the other books of this series, and decided to start here. I'm really happy with my choice. Elizabeth Briggs has an easy and captivating way to write, and I really enjoy her books.
Light the Fire ia an easy and steamy read (or listen, in this case). It introduces us to a really different world, that I'm really curious to get to know. Lia Langola narrates perfectly the book, I love her voice!

I received a free audio copy from the author for an honest review :)
