was into Christian Meditation as explained by John Main and Laurence Freeman several years ago moved on to other approaches without falling out of love with it. Recently I noticed my Spirit's orientation toward practise! practise! and less theory. John Main and Christian Meditation is a form and approach is being revived in me- Laurence Freeman is a pure gem and beautifully presents Christian Meditation as it truly is. I have since signed as a member of WCCM. wish John Main's Silence and Stillness in Every Season can be recorded as well. Highly recommend Laurence's book
