Ilchi Lee has spent a career focused on training the body and mind to gain greater insight and enlightenment, and LifeParticle Sound Healing is an absorbing and all-encompassing experience, intended to aid any listener's meditative experiences. Lee performs various instruments throughout - including crystal bowls, gongs, and flute - creating a powerful sense of energy that courses through the body. Simply delightful healing sound music
This is not a normal audible book with speech. Hence, some listeners were surprised and do not appreciate that. To me, who’s always in searching for sound healing materials. This is an absolute pleasure. Thank you for making this free for members.

not healing sounds... just sounds
Very atmospheric and intruiging. Not particularly relaxing or hypnotic. These tracks lack the patience it takes to really allow the listener to become immersed in a soundscape for the healing to begin.

Beautiful sounds
An hour of sound healing energy. Really appreciate that there is no words, not even an introduction, just a variety of sound frequencies and energy. No this is what I call sound therapy. My body is re- energies at a cellular level. Especially, loved the gong.
