Summary

Yes, I know you would never use profanity when speaking Spanish. But maybe you would still like to know and understand what's being said in Spanish if someone calls you a #*@!$ in Spanish or a *#*@! in Spanish. Or maybe you're interested in accelerated Spanish and you're looking for some colorful language to be able to express yourself in Spanish. Then here's your chance to get on the road to accelerated Spanish and learn plenty of swear words or curse words in Spanish, including extremely vulgar sexual words and phrases. I have also included a Romantic Phrases section.

You'll also find it helpful that I have grouped the Spanish swear words or Spanish curse words by country. You will start off by learning Spanish swear words or Spanish curse words that are used throughout various countries in Latin America. Then will you begin learning the profanity of specific countries, such as Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Chili, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

A Hilarious Way to Learn Spanish

If you could sum up Learn Spanish Curse Words and Vulgar Expressions in three words, what would they be?

funny and informative

What was one of the most memorable moments of Learn Spanish Curse Words and Vulgar Expressions?

I was laughing non-stop the first time I loaded up this audiobook. This is the most fun I've head from an audio book ever. What's great is that they not only teach you the vocab, but they couple it with ridiculous sentences and voice actors that really lean into the sentences. They're so over the top that I found myself shout and growl and mutter sentences like "Hey, dick face! Give me my money!" and "My ex-wife is a slut!"

Which scene was your favorite?

The chapter on sexual phrases and vocab was incredibly dirty. Completely filthy. Utterly disgusting. If they made a second audiobook with just sexual content I would pay double and buy it instantly.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Hey dickface, give me back my money!

Cursing in Spanish...

I shared this audiobook with my daughter, who is studying Spanish. This review includes her opinions as well.

The content was very well received and the accompanying pdf file is very helpful. To be able to hear the proper pronunciations really enhances the content.

The pacing of the narration seemed off. There were too many large gaps between the pronunciations. Speeding up the replay is not helpful because then the pronunciations are too fast.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Great way to pick up some words that don’t come up in class or daily conversation

Call me a bad parent but when my teen got in the car for a trip to the store with me and my car started playing this book my daughters eyes about bugged out of her head. That being said having studied Spanish in school and having been in the hospitality business for years using my conversational Spanish, I found this book very useful and very insightful in regards to the meaning of different words in different countries. Having worked with people from most of them I can now better understand some of the things said. So if I liked it so much, why a 4 overall? The book needs to come with a pdf or word file for the words used and the countries....unless one is taking notes while listening you don’t know which insults to go back to to brush up on. Making the use of the book for learning a bit more difficult and cumbersome. A great listen and a good laugh. But for serious use you must take notes as you go. Hilarious!!

This book was so hilarious! Growing up in a Hispanic household, I knew most of the curse words. This book, however, takes Spanish curse words to the next level. There were some absolutely ridiculous phrases that I would most likely never use, but definitely enjoyed learning about!

An enjoyable listen

I don't know about anyone else but I can't spend all my time learning Spanish verbs, Spanish prepositions and Spanish pronouns, that's if I want my learn-Spanish experience to be any fun. For me this audiobook served as a much-deserved learn-Spanish treat that was very fun to listen to.

About Time!!

I got this book mainly because I live in the southwest and have plenty of Spanish speaking people around me. I wanted to know when I was being cursed at or not. You don't get the majority of these words in regular vocabulary building programs/books. Patrick Jackson made this book using many phrases one would use when cussing someone or something out. It was fun to listen to. The narration was alright, I feel the pauses in between each spoken part was too much, too long. Other than that, this is an excellent book to learn how to curse in Spanish or to know when you are being cursed at in Spanish.

Sometimes you just wanna curse in another language

There are times when everyone just wants to let off a little steam and curse. Why not do it in another language and feel a little more cultured lol. This was a fun read that had me laughing on more then one occasion. Narrators were awesome as well.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

Damn Awesome!

I've never had so much fun learning Spanish lol! Well, maybe except for that week my third year Spanish class went to Acapulco in 198... never mind ;)

Definitely a blast to listen to, and I now feel confident I can put down any sailor out there LOL!
Really enjoyed it, and I think anyone would enjoy it :)

A gem!

Not your everyday Spanish audiobook but still awes

This is a nice addition to my audible library. My other audiobooks teach me more formal Spanish but this one covers that real hard core Spanish that you will only hear natives speak and probably only behind closed doors. There's even a FREE PDF inside to help all visual learners like myself.

Master Spanish Profanity

If you're learning Spanish and you get tired of learning a bunch of verbs and pronouns and the subjunctive tense and you just want to take a break from learning all of that boring stuff (like I wanted to) then this a marvelous way to add some spice to your learning. But be warned. This is not the type of Spanish you would ever hear the King and Queen of Spain speak. By the way in case it matters, my review is based on the audiobook and not the ebook.
