Are you looking for the best way to learn French? Well, look no further. This book is, simply put, the best on the market for learning French. Why do I say that? Because this book does what language books should do - teach you the mechanics of the language, not a bunch of tourist trap phrases that you'll forget the second you leave the country.
If books don't do that, then they make the critical mistake of going into far too much detail and boring you half to death spending a lot of time going on about three different kinds of articles. I don't do that either.
What this book does do, and does very well in fact, is set you up with the knowledge that you want and need of French in a very short time frame, so that you can blast through this book and already feel like you're set up for success.
This book isn't a reference, nor is it a crash course on the French language; it's both. You'll listen through this book and understand, then you'll apply what you've learned (and inevitably look back at this book down the line to rehash your memory), and you'll grow even more as a French speaker.
Don't waste your time and money on a subpar French book. Go with the best from the get-go.

Pleased with the purchase
I am pleased with the purchase. The book is so cheap and it comes with a free audio which is a must when learning a language. It is easier to play all the mp3 files back to back on laptops than on tablets, though.

Very informative audible
This is definitely easy to use and very informative. I enjoy the fact that it explains everything about the language and where each individual word or sound fits into the English language.

Great tactics to learn French
The audio helps a great deal with the pronunciation of the words. Also the exercises with the mouth and vocal chords along with the pronunciation tactics. I also enjoyed the references to various French movies, music and artist. They help to gain a better understanding of not just the language but the culture as well. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn the basics of French.

Provided easy way to start speaking French
Really an easy way to start speaking French. The book covers a lot of ground fairly quickly. For some perhaps to quickly, but you can always go back for better understanding. You can also use the pause button when your mind is not processing the material quite quickly enough. I would recommend this book to any new student. I’m now headed off to book two.

Very effective way to learn!
I've tried French before with other methods, but never with one as effective as this. Even for me, a non native English speaker, I have been able to follow perfectly the pace of the course, with the constant satisfaction of really learning, not memorizing and always eager to learn more.

Gained confidence to speak
I immediately started feeling confident and understanding of the French language and gained confident to speak and say common things that I say about everyday. I used Rosetta Stone and got somethings from it, and tried a Doulingo which I also got something from but nothing as quick and confident as this.

Incredible
I’ve been listening to Paul Noble in my car to and from work... I cannot wait to buy the complete series. I cannot believe I can speak French the way I can after only a few days. I listen for an hour and then go back and listen again and it really drives it in my brain the second time. My friends in France are impressed with how well I’m doing in such a short amount of time. I can’t wait to push my friends to learn another language.
